For those with reflux, get your doctor to prescribe you Tecta. I used to get it bad at night, but now I can eat whatever the hell I want with no heartburn/reflux. One pill in the morning is all you need

i got ranitidine, it works very well aslong as i dont go to bed instantly after, but since i figured out what causes it i havent had it at all, just a lot of stress involved with it

I'm trying to avoid the pill route, this can be cured/be better by me doing better for myself.

I hate those comercials where they show someone with heartburn or reflux, then eats hot dogs etc and says he feels fine because of the pill he took. Better to skip the hot dogs than take the hot dogs and pills.
