wtf is gout

all I do is drink beer and eat red meat

Gout is a type of arthritis. It occurs when uric acid builds up in blood and causes inflammation in the joints.
Acute gout is a painful condition that often affects only one joint; Chronic gout is repeated episodes of pain and inflammation. More than one joint may be affected.

basically this stuff called uric acid, builds up on your joints, typically in your big toe, or in your feet. the uric acid is little razor sharp crystals that grind up against the joint and cause sever pain.

i have a high pain tolerance, and this shit brought me to my knees, almost to the point of crying.

i couldnt walk, or put any pressure on it or even have a blanket/sheet over it because it hurt so bad.

First time was too much dairy. I was literally drinking a litre of chocolate milk a day. Too much calcium build up. And once you get them once, it's a 50/50 shot you'll get them again. Guessing it was just my shitty luck the second time
