Home inspection came back with mold

It was a flip. Looks like the seller did all the trickery and put it up for sale.
Put nice flooring right on top of mold the inspector thinks and new drywall right over the issue.
New paint and flooring can really trick ya haha
He thinks they did the whole home without pulling permits on anything so they didn't have to disclose any real issues.

What a shame.

The first home search continues.
Wedding may 15. Trying to get in before then
