So I wanted to wait until he made it public before discussing it, but Gino isn't doing very well. He has been extremely sick. He bought me my first set of hockey equipment and would come over to talk with me and my grandparents. Sucks, he is still young

Aww shit. One of my all time favorites but after his career proved what an amazing human being he is through his tireless work with at risk aboriginal youth.
