Just had my performance review at work. Boss told me he's promoting me starting next pay period. Problem is I can't get a promotion til May, I have to have a year at my current pay grade. So I guess the surprise is kinda ruined come May xD

At least I still get my bonus.

Dad bought me the graphics card for christmas and I got sweet deals on many parts:
Both RAM bars: 135$
CPU: 180$
Both SSDs for 125$ (hence why I bought 2)
Keyboard+mouse:35$
Motherboard: 135$
Water cooler: 70$
Case fan: 2$
Power supply: 140$
Case: 70$

Basically I abused christmas deals this year.

I already had the wi-fi adapter and HDD from an old computer and I download a cracked copy of windows 7 because fuck paying for that.

I almost went with an i7 processor but I couldn't find any deals like the one I got for my i5. Anyway, it's overclocked at 4.55ghz which is pretty good.
