and 16gigs not really but i wouldnt really go lower games are quickly worknig up to 8g as minimum ram t run it if ur buying a good pc ull prob want the extra ram to run it at better then low settings

if thats the case just get them to build it without the card or find cheapest one possible n just swap when u get it
video cards are prob one of the easiest things to put in u put it in the slot plug it in run the driver software if needed(which it might not even need with new windows) and ur good to go
youtube it if u need its prob on there
