you could save on;
downgrading the motherboard a bit
8-12 gb instead of 16 gb ram
do you need 2tb HD?
power supply(you would need to make sure you don't need 750) I think you could use a 650 but thats my opinion..or even less
and I forgot some 20$ dvd writer, but who use that anyway?

and upgrade video card/case/etc or buy a monitor :P

this is giving you a general idea of what you can get

I went with AMD over intel because intel is overrated as fuck, go with it if you have the budget
BUT if you plan to play huge game with it(the amd cpu), get an aftermarket cooling fan because you will be able to cook an egg on your cpu
