Damn, that's sweet

Yeah, I have my apartment really meticulously picked out furniture-wise except for the entertainment unit. It's also kinda disheveled in tthat picture, I tidied it and it looks a lot more put together now. But that's just a bare bones ikea tv stand with an ikea end table on either side lol.

I have an idea in my head of what I want to build but it's really conceptual right now. It involves having the tv mounted on the wall, but nested in some paneling that would be just slightly raised off of the wall about the same thickness as the tv. Just not sure how to incorporate the electronics and cable box.

Similar idea but since I'm in an apartment I can't demo So I have to add to the wall to give the illusion of one.

Lol dont know if anyone remebers this but i was complaining about having RIP'd my ps3 a while ago, well i bought a new one and then the old one started to work again.

so i wanted to take the HDD from the old one and put it in the newer machine, incase the old one failed again.

I though i'd be able to switch them without any problems since both are clearly ps3 formatted already.

Now neither can go back in a ps3 without reformatting. regardless of which ps3

If it were privately owned that'd work. But the whole point of a large building owned by a corporation is that there are 3-4 floor plans for each size apartment (studio, 1br, 2br, 3br) and they're all the same. Trust me, there are some things about this place I'd definitely offer to change if I wouldn't get evicted for them lol.
