The Stars had been aware of Montgomery's history with alcohol; he had been arrested for DUI in 2008 during his time at RPI.[14]

That Subban trade was so dirty. Guy gets a full no move and donates massive chunk of his salary to the Montreal hospital for years to come and they move him the day before his NMC kicks in.

problem is at the time he was getting into a lot of trouble with other "top" player in the team
and at the time the habs wanted players without any "attitude" problems
