When I went to Cuba there was a guy there with his kid, wife, and GF. Wife + GF didn't seem to talk to each other much and when they were all together he would be closer to the wife. Sometimes she would leave for a while and the GF took her spot. Was pretty funny. The girl was partying with us at night though in the club. He was some sort of Cuban drug lord or something I'm sure he also had what seemed to be a body guard follow him around.

Very common among rich people to have mistresses, definitely not anywhere close as common to have a sort of bigamous or polygamous relationship but lots of people do it. I'm just surprised some big name basketball player admitted to doing it.
