Parking for longer than 2 hours is still parking for longer than 2 hours.



The only reason they have that law is so you don't take a residence parking spot . Why does it matter if it's an empty street?

In the states at least, that can get a ticket waived.

I know clerical errors can get things like this waived but in this incidence they literally only have a license plate number that is not mine. No name, no VIN, nothing else. I don't think I have to even go as so far as to get it waived. I know when cops give you tickets and they make such errors you can get it waived but I don't think I even have to go contest it, because it's the ticket is not legally connected to me.
