His defense going into it, is there was no way Jarry would have been injured from what he did. Even tho a stick to the throat area could actually do alot more dmg and he was lucky it didn't do anything worse.

you get suspended based on the play not history they dont just randomly suspend guys like hes got a history hes due for another one 5 games

history is only taken into context after the player did something thats suspendable
like i said they dont just randomly decide to suspend players based on their history when they did nothing wrong

the guyin the quote is acting like he did nothing wrong and got suspended because of his previous ...not the case
