E; McGrattan is a fucking beauty. Gets demoted to AHL and does nothing but help guys out. Mad respect for him.


I went to school with ice players, most of the team used to party day in and day out, nail high school chicks and be really shitty people. There were a few good ones. Sam Reinhart was really nice in school, very quiet though.

Nice. Only nhler I knew from high school was Dan Blackburn. Played about 60 games as a goalie for the Rags before injuries ended him.

If flames took a run at Fisher, Jagr or Iginla, I'd be stoked. Seeing some rumbling from beat writers Calgary might be interested in "am aged veteran winger"

Same talk in Edmonton, speculation is jagr wouldn't be too keen on a western team due to travel. I'd be surprised if ignilia didn't return to Calgary for 1 maybe 2 last years.

I'd be sooooo down with jagr or Iginla, even as a third/4th line guy or even a 60 or so game player. Fisher would be a nice add too, but we're pretty set for centres. Doan... No thanks.

If they do sign one of the two I think it should be Iggy (plus I doubt Jagr comes to cold ass Canada). I think Iggy could come in and help with the PP, potentially spend some time on the top line and provide some depth scoring and toughness. That being said I don't like how it prevents us from seeing what we have in Foo or Lazar.

E: Really wish that Vegas took Brouwer from us, that contract looks like an anchor...
