They're trying to get other companies to take over their leases, but they just have too many locations for that to happen everywhere.

Problem was they tried to take over the market too quickly. They put up 133 locations in two years. Add that with constant inventory problems and that most people associated them as a classier Zellers and it was doomed from the start
