Loaded with sugar. Not necessary at all , getting your calories from calorie dense liquids is a bad idea.

Only because it wont fill you up and then you will be hungry which will tempt you to eat mroe and not lose any fat.

Holy shit man, when I drink chocolate milk, I actually lose my appetite.

Did my workout today :)

My elleptical trainer show 340 calories burned. Dunno if its accurate, prolly not Ive not setted anything on it ahah XD

Anyway, i sweat like a monster, so its seems working :P

i'm telling you man you have to do weight training as well

doing just cardio is going to take forever and you will gain the weight back easily
