Good interest in Vitali Kravtsov. I’m told he’s willing to play in the AHL with another NHL club and would consider a 1 year agreement around his qualifying offer for next season. However, the NYR are expecting the potential of top 6 talent in return via trade.

ive never even heard of this guy who the fuck is he and do the rangers think hes worth a top 6 potential?
people acting like hes a sure fire top 6 he cant even crack the roster? and his stats are garbage guy looks like a bust and a half with a bad attitude that thinks hes top shit

oops shoulda prob put this in rumor thread oh well

He's only played 20 games in the NHL (and I'm pretty sure with plug linemates) and less than 60 in North America total. It wasn't too long ago that Button had him as the #1 prospect in the world.

Turns 22 this Dec, he hasn't busted yet.

no not yet and buttons rankings are usually pretty off if he had him as #1 hes probably like #8

i was looking at his stats in russia this guy might have top 6 potential but compare his stats to somebody like kaprisov hes not even close hes probably got a ways to go development wise for a top 6

i havnt seen the guy play i could be way off but from the outside guy doesnt seem that impressive and feels like hes pretty entitled
players like that when russian are a big risk of them ditching to the khl if they dont get what they want too

and it seems like he feels hes good enough to make the roster but the team doesnt but they have players like lafrenier and kakko that made it at a young age so its not like oh hes too young give him another seasoning year mentality

seems more like a player issue then a team issue one of those "sorry not good enough" and hes all " i wanna go somewhere they appreciate me :baby: "

Kevin Hayes was placed on LTIR leaving the Flyers with approximately $136 in cap space after adding MacEwen to the roster.
saw this in an article
$136 lol
we were going to be running a man short i guess with hayes on LTIR it gives enough salary to bring in a waiver claim for a full roster?
