From what I've seen on Twitch, if you really liked d3, you'll like this game. If you didn't like d3 you might as well uninstall.
This is so disappointing. The game was clearly rushed due to the overwhelming negative response of diablo immortal. Fucking Blizzard does not give a shit about the games they release. They know they'll cash in no matter what.
the new head guys of blizzard constantly force the developers to rush shit out early its every game/expansion now
i miss the days of polished blizzard games that weren't rushed out for preorder sales to help buffer a weak performing quarter

It looks like D3 but I think it's too early to judge if it'll have the same flop end game.
D3 offered very little when it came to itemization. The devs literally came up with premade builds for players to search for and then once you find those specific items there's nothing left to do lol. You can't even think of a build for yourself.
We don't know enough about the itemization in D4 yet. I don't necessarily have high hopes but there's a chance it'll be good, along with all the different end-game content they plan to have.
PVP being good would be a nice bonus, hopefully it's not an afterthought like it was in D3. To be fair, it's not like the PVP was interesting or fleshed out in D2, but it just ended up working out well lol.
yeah d3 at launch was terrible the finished game now is much better if d4 can start more at that point it should be decent
a lot of the issues d3 had seemed to be fixed in d4 itemization so far has been much better but then again d3 was rushed out they planned to do better itemization just didn't have time
feels like the developers took time to fix some of those for d4 right away but it esulted in c opy pasted dungeon content because they didnt have time to make those better
its always something being sacrificed in a blizzard game due to being rushed out
