was at the game, what a shitshow.

couldnt make a stick to stick pass, couldnt keep the puck from bouncing, couldnt shoot the puck on net even if we were right in front of it...

its like they went out drinking before the game. positionally we looked fine, but zero execution and concentration.

i expect a solid bounceback tonight

game was alot better last night but our special teams.... good lord.

nice to see us score PP goals but if theyre offset by allowing shorties then whats the point.


and scoring a shortie is nice but allowing multiple powerplay goals offsets the good in that as well.



5 on 5 we may be the best team in the league, but were bottom 10 in both PP and PK imo.

i dont think hed be helping our PP much. im sure it would be a tiny bit better, but our defensemen have been huge this year in contributing from the blue line.


dunn looks very comfortable on the PP, and pietrangelo and parayko are both great options up there as well.


it has more to do with out entries. it takes us 90 seconds to gain any puck control in the other teams end. we try either skating it 1 vs 4 in the zone or do alot of east-west passing even when the other team is standing us up at the blue line.

its starting to look a little better lately.
