Oilers really got worse this summer

Keith has a cap recapture penalty associated with his contract

If he retires after this year the Oilers get 3.4m extra cap space for 22-23

Similar to Jared Cowen on the Leafs, he cleared up 700k for them. Chicago would be penalized though I think with the value of his contract split over 2 seasons
