i think an A is good on simmer im sure giroux is still good in the locker room
and if hes not thats why having 2 good As are important to support the C and simmer+bellmare are solid choices

giroux is playing kinda meh right now he doesnt seem to have chemistry with anybody but i think thats hakstol always changing shit up
lines never last guys get scratched or moved around theres no consistency to the lines and it reflects on the seasons results


tbh i dont like hakstol hes not a bad coach but idk i feel like hes not quite ready to the point we need a coach to be for this team
which maybe is the plan develop a coach so that in a year or 2 when our team is hitting its prime hes doing the same?

Cant believe they won today if they somehow sneak in and make the playoffs id be thrilled but realistically i dont think they advance past the first round

Giroux been hurt all year im reading, hindering his ability to make his normal plays, finally starting to feel himself with 8 pts in his last 11, a late season resurgence from him would be absolutely key

still not enough imo
but he has been looking like normal giroux past few games actually skating around people and deking
