What horrible afternoon...

Came home from my regular early shopping, ate bowl of Chex cereal. It was the last of the box so I dumped everything including the loose stuff, one of the last scoops didn't go down right and a piece was stuck in my throat from 2:30pm- now
I tried puking/ boiling hot water.. eventually I decided to put the handle of a ladle down to try and scrape it out. it never softened up only got pushed down. I felt it scrape all the way to my gut.

pretty sure there was some foreign material in the box.

i really hope it doesnt rip my ass apart.
