Game vs. Perds:

- Kind of a boring stalemate for the first two periods. The pace and energy was fine, but neither team generated much offense. Fortunately, we were able to win the final and deciding period.

- Lack was solid, but didn't really have to be as great as a 30 save shutout would suggest. He looked calm, cool and in control but didn't face too many dangerous chances.

- Powerplay scored again, 5 seconds into the only opportunity. However, it was an extremely weak goal on Hutton, so it's hard to give too much credit to our guys there.

- 1st line was just okay. This time Henrik was the best player of that trio while Jensen wasn't too much of a factor overall, although he obviously scored that huge goal, which is more than enough.

- Kassian was definitely our best forward, it was his first good game in a long time. He used his size, controlled and protected the puck, won battles and was around the net. Once in a while he teases us with his elite potential... too bad he's busy being a goof-ball most of the time

- Richardson played a sound game in his return, Hansen couldn't make a pass to save his life and Booth missed the net on two scoring chances... no surprise there.

I thought he was good after the deadline when he got put with Matthias (IMO Booth was our best forward vs. Caps) but the last 3 games he's been terrible.
