is your bios set to wrong ram?

Make sure you are using the right DIMM slots ie: 1/3 or 2/4, both ends fully seated and clicked in
Check bios memory settings to make sure timings and xmp is set to the spec of the RAM
Run “memtest86” from a usb to check the memory for errors
Set all defaults, reinstall etc
Try booting with 1 stick of ram at a time to see if one is faulty
Update bios (I was crashing in pubg for a long time, updated bios and crashing stopped)
Clear CMOS by popping the battery out and leaving it sit for several minutes
I think it might have been the ram, I hope anyway.
I have 3200mhz ram and it was set to 2466 or whatever by default for some reason. I changed it to 3200mhz and upped the voltage a bit (XMP) and it hasn't crashed since. Fingers crossed.
Now I just have to figure out why the display is messed up.
Ryzen 2200g with the integrated graphics. HD videos on VLC are grainy/artifact (1080p videos especially) and videos in general (including on browser like Youtube) have a weird slight lag and odd picture quality.

And yes I did update the display drivers for both the mobo and CPU.
