Really haven't had any problems with our leagues structure but we need to make changes.

Higher seed (or lower seed depending on how you look at this lol) should advance if there is a tie. There is no point in having divisions or seeds at all if it's based off the head to head during the season. Then just make it top 8 teams make it.

Reseeding!?!? What is this the NBA? Lol again what's the point of seeding if this is a mini bracket tourney.

i was killing it in my other league was up 12-3 and then i got fucking WORKED yesterday

I don't think divisions are necessary, not sure why we have them. Maybe it helps balance the schedule? The top 8 records make it anyway so it seems pretty useless.

Not sure why you think seeds don't matter, the better seeds get the better matchups. It should probably reseed though.

What I would change for next season is the elimination of the points category.

As for divisions, I'm pretty sure they are just there for asthetics and that top in each get buys in some leagues.
We don't need them. I don't believe they offer anything or take away from anything as it doesn't affect your schedule. They're just for looks for us I think.
