Colors are good, placement is good. I'd pick a picture that is much bigger than the sig size and make it smaller, then you don't get the kinda graininess. Other than that + some blending with textures it's pretty dece.

the two pictures I used were like 20x the size of the sig - is it still grainy?

my biggest issues are:
textures (finding the right ones)
text (picking the right text & colors)
the area around figures - it was good at one point, now it kinda looks poorly done - like around him there's a glow/shadow making it kinda look 3d which I don't want. maybe I blurred a layer too much

Only thing I don't like is I think I cut off a little too much of his head
