My CAN'T EAT list:
- no more soda
- No more chocolate milk
- When I drink beer, 2 maximum a day. (I dont set a maximum day because I'm single... so I'm atm on the "Yes Man" mode to go out and meet new people)
- No more chips (I dont eat them much, will be dead ez to cut them)
- No more McDo (outch)

It will be hard, but hope the result will come in :) I was at the sedentary level, so just running 60min 5 days a week will be a huge step foward!


should go max beers a week. cant get boozed off 2 beers

I want to set the limit of 2 beer because when I go out, and I start drinking... I drink. Can go 10+ so.... Pretty fucking bad for the health lol

For the 1st 2 month, its really only cardio. I want to burn fat, no need muscle really, i'm a computer geek lmao.

Maybe ill start love working-out after that 2 month and work my body

Instead of 2 beers a day , have a cheat day once a week.

yea like cut out 2 a day during the week then have 10+ a day on the weekend. np
like dirtyman said

but you should lift as well, weight loss will turn to muscle or something like that. post in hnf to get quality advice

You go Chojo. I dropped another 5 since I posted. So about 15 in a month and a week or two.
The immediate drop is pretty drastic then it slows way down

Yup , Chojo you need to lift as well.

You shouldnt stop drinking chocolate milk because after training you could actually drink one since he has some nice nutriment :)

gained another 3 pounds since last time for me too

also did deadlifts for the first time ever

after a few sets of 6-8 reps i tried a one rep max and did 165

not much but it's a start
