He gives no fucks for anyone but himself. He could care less if he spurs on a bunch of poor people to go die in a senseless war, but he does care about how that would make HIM look so he still has to try to look good for the sake of his ego.
I don't think this man has a conscience to be honest..... It is deeply disturbing. You are right that he does not give a fuck about others that is for sure. He will try to make it look like he does though because he wants to win the minds of others desperately.
