I mean, they still need to sign Cirelli now and are already over the cap by quite a bit

I guess Kucherov is out for the season so that helps them out a ton

Could be, won’t be any shame in that this year. Canadian division is the most competitive division by far. Only one lol team compared to 2-3 in all the other divisions.

So lightning will lose Kucherov for the year, escape cap hell and have him back for the playoffs?
