Picked up a keto book from Costco.
Has a 30 day meal plan in attempting. Going grocery shopping for the first 10 days of food on Sunday. After the first few days I’ll be in ketosis so it says. Don’t feel like getting the strips to pee on and check.
Also doing intermittent fasting alongside it. Will wake up in morning and have black coffee/water until 12:30. Going to be gruelling. Hardest part for me will be cutting out the sugary beverages, love to mix my whiskey and addicted to the 473ml redbulls haha.
Can you still drink whiskey tho?
