but they still say good things about it even being a temporary thing so i feel like if somebody commits to it fully it could be good
It's a fad diet really, I agree that the majority of the people dont actually enter ketosis. I'm sure the improvement in feeling comes from eating a healthier diet, not from the lack of carbs. People also yoyo from this diet so fking hard because abstaining from carbs is difficult, they fall off the wagon and go and eat 52 cinnamon buns.
Balance is key, watch your calorie intake and eat enough vegetables. It doesnt need to be as complex as people make it out to be.
