Gudas had made some turnovers last game but so what. Instead of coaching players up he benches them. Good work there buddy.

That was a good win considering our defense and goaltending (MASON) looked like swiss cheese for a majority of the game.

mason has some major confidence issues i think thats what held him back in cbj and makes him so inconsistent
last season he was good and neuvirth came on strong and masons play dipped a bit
this season they both sucked as soon as neuvy was gone mase stepped it up neuvys back masons play dipped again

i think if mase feels like his #1 job is threatened he folds under the pressure
we either gotta trade neuvirth or ride neuvirth and hope he plays lights out consistently lol



right now hakstol is doing a lot of questionable shit but id assume its to try and get him going guys been pretty useless lol

Flyers have to lead the league in turnovers. That's what I mean about lack of talent. It's not necessarily scoring. Our puck control and passing as a whole is way below average compared to a lot of teams.

its hakstols system he wants a cycle game and flyers are better with the counter rush game using their speed and skill up front
problem is with our defense you cant play that way they dont defend good enough to stop them and get on the counter rush with a quick pass from the neutral zone
and then when we are in our zone they struggle to get control and then constantly turn it over with bad passes wasting our top lines shifts in the defensive zone

and our scoring is terrible we are one of the worst 5 on 5 iirc and our pp is good except the league leading shg against by like 5 goals
we simply need a better defense core that can defend and pass the puck... and we got lots of prospects that fit the bill but our contract situation isnt too friendly

and hakstol seems clueless at times scratches players weird line combos takes out players for a worse one like idk wtf crack hes smokin this year
