So I am supposed to deliver the Wii U to the guy tomorrow (was a snow storm today) but I just got an email from a guy saying he'll give me $50 more than my asking price and come pick it up now. Should I be a dick and bm the first guy?

Will the 50 bucks make a huge difference?

If it really makes a difference for you, no one will blame you. But consider that the first guy has probably already planned on giving it to his kids for christmas while the other guy is still exploring his options.

Least you could do is to offer the first guy to match the price.

I personally would sell it to the 1st guy for the original price, but I don't desperatelly need 50$.

If you already agreed to sell it to the first guy, I would stick with him.
