You need to look up what terrorism is if you honestly think that, the movie is not a threat in any way shape or form unless you're stretching as far as the eye can see. It doesn't strike fear into the hearts of the North Korean people. Is it in bad taste? Absolutely.

obviously you dont know what it means. theyre broadcasting secrets about certain individuals (terrorizing them) in an effort to halt the movies release, while blackmailing that they will continue the hacking and terrorizing of individuals if they do not get their way.

...you can't think of a single other reason why they would think a movie that makes fun of their country and leader is a bad thing except they're scared it's a threat?

Controversial movies exist. Woo fuckin hoo. This isn't even close to the most controversial of the last year. The only reason Sony pulled it is because they're afraid more stuff is gonna get leaked, if they had better security no way would this get pulled.

I think it was the actual movie theatres backing down rather than Sony themselves.

/e I think the "hackings" threatened individual theatre chains as well as leakings through Sony.
