interference was the wrong call, it was quite possibly a clean hit but i understand why they make that call when it looks bad.

glad philly is trying to make this a physical game, maybe itll get the blues to put some effort out in the 3rd period instead of doing whatever the hell theyve been doing so far.

well, the effort was much better in the 3rd period, but it still wasnt up to par with the way theyve played all year.


philly does an outstanding job clogging lanes in their zone and blocking shots, and once that 3rd period started, they turtled hard and let us have possession all day in their zone. they blocked everything though and won more 50/50 pucks than we did.


sad to say but we were just out efforted tonight.



also, i dont know what the fuck was up with the ice, but between players falling around all over from both teams and the puck bouncing over everyones stick, im guessing the ice was fucked up. i know its like 80degrees in st louis and humid as all hell, but i thought the 500mil we put into new ice this year was gonna fix that shit.
