I think stechers agent fucked him, or maybe he was so busy that he didn't know barrie got signed and there was a huge potential Canucks may circle back to him. As Benning already told him it had nothing to do with play, but the cap space. I think Benning would've offered 2m to bring him back, oh well. I guess we are gonna rely on chatfield LOL
