Still a few trickling in but consensus is that Barrie is a leaf

Bobfather said barrie is still a leaf, a trade never materialized.

Basically you have to have an agreement, and an email sent to NHL time stamped before 3pm.
Final details can continue to be negotiated but the meat of the trade has to be agreed upon and presented to the league before 3pm.
