Makes such a huge difference in everyday life.

Yeah i find this too, even if i am still overweight i have way more energy and the activities i used to do before are now so more easy. It is fun and i am still fully motivate! No way i can't stop now :P

Dropped 10 lbs in April so far. I think I can hit my goal of 185 by the end of June or maybe even may.
Cooking my own lunch for work has probably been the biggest factor. Grill a chicken and toss it in a container with strawberries and a v8 and I'm eating 100x cleaner than the glorified diner food I've been having.

good job! Cook on sunday and save a lot of time during the week!
Vacuum sealer isnt a terrible investment. Could make food for a lot longer period of time all at once :)
Nutribullet is also fantastic! I love mine.

For you weight lifters: when you feel the super burn and stop, ask yourself why did you stop? Was the pain too much to handle? That is where the gains are made. Dont necessarily always shoot for a rep number. When you get the burn, try to do 3-5 more and if you can push past that, push past it!!!!

^ Your challenge for this week weight lifters. I bet when you burn like crazy on your 15th shoulder shrug that you could really fight 10 more out. Try that for one week and re-achieve the DOMS :D

So I've been playing hockey etc, but wasn't really in the gym or anything, diet sucked got to 242 lb as of January this year.

Currently:
225lbs

Bench: 225, 2 plates
Deadlift: 315, I'll be capable of more once I can get the form perfect

Hoping by about June to be weighing about 210 and to get the squats over 400, Bench closer to 280ish and deadlifts around 400.

Leg workouts are most important to me. However I have a friend who works at the airport and he's going to see about getting me a big tire to flip around and hit with a hammer, seems like a good workout.

Ok guise... been long time that I want to start exercise... Ive started today!

My current state:
6'1''
207.2 lbs

My exercise plan:
START 29 april '13
1st week - 30min/5days week (week-end off) elliptical trainer
2nd week and on - 60min/5days week (week-end off) elliptical trainer
END 28 june '13

My goals:
Burn Fat.
Be under 191 lbs

My CAN'T EAT list:
- no more soda
- No more chocolate milk
- When I drink beer, 2 maximum a day. (I dont set a maximum day because I'm single... so I'm atm on the "Yes Man" mode to go out and meet new people)
- No more chips (I dont eat them much, will be dead ez to cut them)
- No more McDo (outch)

Dunno? I though chocolate milk was awfull for health lol. I just enjoy them so much, its my coffee in the morning xD I woke up and I start my day with a chocolate milk, everyday
