So I've been playing hockey etc, but wasn't really in the gym or anything, diet sucked got to 242 lb as of January this year.
@ 242 I wasn't fat by any means, I'm a big guy, but I was carrying some extra weight and it sucked on ice.
In February I got back into the gym (e/ a lot more than I was) and started actually training again.
Currently:
225lbs
Squat: 365, 3 plates, 2x 25s @ 8 reps
Bench: 225, 2 plates
Deadlift: 315, I'll be capable of more once I can get the form perfect
Hoping by about June to be weighing about 210 and to get the squats over 400, Bench closer to 280ish and deadlifts around 400.
Leg workouts are most important to me. However I have a friend who works at the airport and he's going to see about getting me a big tire to flip around and hit with a hammer, seems like a good workout.
