Nope nothing . I have a foam roller , never used it before though . Guess I gotta read up on how to properly use it

Tennis ball or a golf ball works too.

I use a golf ball in my shoulder blades.

It's really easy. You lay down on it and roll over it lol. But yeah, most foam rollers actually come with DVDs with different exercises I think.
/e they're supposed to simulate deep tissue massage. it's just so ridiculously simple and amazing.
