I think I just DDoS a client by accident... I sent 20 seperate faxes from my server to her fax # at the same time (20 incoming faxes of 1 page and not 1 fax of 20 pages). Didn't go through I called and she said her fax started acting up and lost power :ph34r:

Is it possible ?

My back was fine the entire weekend then I woke up Sunday morning and my upper back on the right side has been killing me ever since. Hasn't gotten any better =/ Missed two days in gym so far , and will miss tomorrow as it's back day. Fucking sucks

Oh I also do warmup sets and dynamic stretches before exercise . I think honestly might have just slept on it wrong

Do you do anything after?

Get a foam roller and use it nightly. Shit is magical.
