Zero chance they can match both without moving Ceci and Kulak. Even if Kane starts season on LTIR you will have an issue mid season when he is ready to come back. Unless they keep him on LTIR the full season until playoffs.

4.5 and 2.3 is rich for both players.

Even if you move both Ceci and Kulak and Kane LTIRs the start of the season, it’s unlikely can keep both. And moving Ceci and Kulak in 7 days is a feat.
