trade a bad contract for another bad contract that's not as bad and bury the mother fucker in the minors

Wings have signed goalie Jared Coreau and recalled D Brian Lashoff. Coreau started all 38 games for Northern Michigan University, posting a 2.70 GAA and .919 sv%

I know literally nothing about coreau except the above. Looks to me like they might want him to be our new #1 in GR so Mrazek can graduate.

why would be pay that though luongo is a cap dump plain and simple. everyone knows this. he'll either be traded for maybe a second or 3rd or he will be bought out. why would be trade 2 seconds and scrivens for him when reimer is playing better than him this season
