I love the keyboard and BBM is okay. but my bold constantly freezes, there was a time it kept randomly turning off, and a few other issues. I dont really need games , thats a non issue

That's defective.

99% of the people I know who have that 9900 Bold have zero issues what so ever.
It really shouldn't do that.

The 9900 is still a great phone.

Interesting , because at the least the phone freezes once a week , especially the browser but sometimes it's daily. And I dont like the lack of USEFUL apps , such as fitday.

That sucks. What apps do you have installed on there that could possibly be causing it to lock up?

Pretty sure is it fully updated.. I have shazam... bbm , the score , and poynt.
