I think I'm gonna get a straight razor for home eventually. To get a good one is expensive though.

There's a guy in fairfax I really like, one of those traditional barbers and shops that has been around and in the business for like 50 years. I went to him once on a whim, learned more about hair than I'd ever have gotten with hours of research. Apparently I have 5 crowns instead of 1, which means my hair is really funky to cut. It's a 45 minute drive to get to him from here though :\

You guys are nuts. I bought a pair of 30$ clippers like 5 years ago, my lady cuts my hair.


Super quick and easy... #2 on top 1.5 on the sides 10-15 minutes and were done

I get 2 on the sides, have them just trim the top so I can fix it up however I want

2 on the top would be wayyy too short for me
