I get an outline + shave, they are pretty serious about making sure you leave completely groomed.

and where are you guys getting $15 haircuts? Even first choice charges like $20 + tax/tip

There was a great place that did all that for me back in Michigan. But even then it was $25 plus tip, included hot towel, shoulder massage, straight razor shave etc. This was just ridiculous.
