I've kept it up :)

Been goin to the gym since october five days a week.
Monday chest tris
Tuesday back
Wednesday legs
Thursday shoulders
Fridag biceps
Yoga or cardio om the weekend and hockey whenever I can play

Abs every other day - p90x ab ribber

I cook all my food on sunday for most of the week. Eggs and oats for breakfast. Chicken and brown rice with peppers and veggies for lunch and assorted good dinners :)

Had some spare cash so I bought a nutribullet and I whip up lost workout shakes now. So good!

Glad tk see you guys stickin to it!

Started to work out and to cut on calories. I used to drink 2 sodas a day plus dessert and often chips and stuff like that at night. When i decided to start losing weight i was at 253, now it has been around three weeks and i am at 238.

I'll try to keep it up!

Fuck me, wasn't expecting the escalator at Verizon center to be out of service.

Sounds terrible. That is how I felt when I first started running. The next day was complete death and I took the escalator or elevator at the skytrain like a lazy ass.

I am wondering what to do with leg workouts, seeing I just returned to the gym because now I have decent Cardio.

I have been running/jogging ~ 5k most days (which is a far cry from where I used to be) and have noticed some good gains in my legs. Less fat muscle starting to show etc...

But I wonder how effective it would be to work on pure strength training for my legs. I used to do pretty high weights for the leg/calf press machines back in the day. But I feel nervous that I will hurt my knees, and if that happens I will not be able to run as well and my cardio will go to shit.

I do squats at home (should probably get some weights for more resistance) and do calf raises or w/e they are called where you raise your feet on your 'tippy toes' or whatever. This seems to be working.

Anyways I am rambling, wanted to ask, what gym excercizes would you recommend for your legs, without the use of machines and preferably with low stress on my knees. I do not care if I can leg press xxx pounds, I want to have practical power to make my life easier and help me run further/faster.

i'm on the opposite end lol

trying to gain weight

hard for me to keep up with protein intake though since i don't eat meat

gained 5 pounds in the past 2 weeks though :o

amazing how much a difference cutting out pop does eh? Try to drink mostly water and you will see some more weight loss man. Keep it up!

/e and did not see BB posted as well. I never thought weight gain would be a challenge for people, but it seems to be way more common struggle than I thought. Keep going man!

im already ready for the summer, sixpack is on and i didnt even start cardio yet

195 lbs 6'0

trying to trimm this down to 190-185 for the beach, but i could go shirtless as i am right now and i wouldnt mind.

e/ btw p90x is for pussies or people who never worked out..

also been working out for 3 years now

Agree leg day sucks I can't even get off my work chair the next day

Played paintball all day, tomorrow will be worst than leg day :(
