Alright guys, need at least 1 more.

I have created the league on Yahoo, I will send you the invite link once I receive the entry fee payment of 250 fgs.

I set up the league as follow, but I don't mind changing things if you guys want to (I ended up deciding on a 2QB league since we will likely only be 8 participants) :

Roster Spots
2QB/3WR/2RB/1TE/1FLEX/1K/1DEF/4IR/6BENCH

Scoring
Half PPR
Good FGs are worth 1pt/10 yards (This is a new option this year on Yahoo and I thought it sounded great. If your kicker makes a 20 yards FG, you get 2 pts. If he makes a 57 yards FG, you get 5.7 points. Etc.)
Rest is standard I think, I didn't touch anything else. If there are any standard settings on Yahoo that you do not like, let me know.
