He definitely banked on trading away the 1st cuz the players that was rumored to be Canucks' target was all picked up by 8

I like Cossa better

too early to tell, but wallstedt was mentioned and scouted for few years now, and he has been playing in leagues way above his level and always delivering.
He's already playing in SHL DURING his draft year , which is rare af.
Not many prospects play and do well in harder leagues compared to juniors, let alone join the league during their draft year

I like both goalies, just expected wallstedt to be long gone. Definitely more than happy with cossa.
I really wanted eklund and as the offseason went on and he kept rising up the rankings, i kinda moved on and switched my focus to edvinsson or mactavish at 6th. So with eklund on the board going with edvinsson is a weird feeling of happy, yet slightly disappointed. Lmao
