I didn't want to make this a Prone thread but the forever a welcher thing bothers me. Prone was around 12 when he did what he did. Under the current rules, he would stay on the welcher list forever. There has to be a better way to handle these things. Especially considering there is no welcher paid back status in this section.

Removing or changing welcher status is something we'll be talking about once we make this basic list of updates, so keep any and all votes incoming
