Worked out all last semester and had no motivation this semester. Maybe I'll get going with this - been looking for motivation for awhile.

For those who care:


First 3 months done off of mostly diet (running hurt my joints), the next 3 I've been running 3-6 times a week as well as lifting weights.

All while eating a caloric deficity :)

Edit: Maybe a little motivation for you guys who have fallen out of shape! It's never too late to write a new ending
