First 3 months done off of mostly diet (running hurt my joints), the next 3 I've been running 3-6 times a week as well as lifting weights.
All while eating a caloric deficity

Edit: Maybe a little motivation for you guys who have fallen out of shape! It's never too late to write a new ending
