Nah, you dont have to do that, I do it myself these days, I went to a doctor who taught me everything about it, mom kinda got tired of wiping my ass at the age of 20. Something you could do for me, is to read a bed story, mom works late most nights and I find it really hard to sleep without a good bed story!
